Terms of use

NinjaEval is a free beta. Use it to test your AI products; don't rely on it as your only safety check, and don't misuse it.

The service

• NinjaEval is provided free during the beta, "as is", without warranties. Features, limits and these terms may change; we'll say so in the app.
• Daily usage limits apply per workspace (for example, a number of change tests and test executions per day) so the beta stays available to everyone.
• Verdicts and diagnoses are produced partly by AI and can be wrong. Review results before acting on them; you remain responsible for what you ship.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect endpoints and use credentials you're allowed to use, and only test systems you own or are authorised to test.
• Don't use NinjaEval to attack, overload or probe systems you don't own, to break the law, or to process data you aren't allowed to share with the providers listed in the privacy policy.
• Keep your API keys secret; revoke a key if it may have leaked.

Your content

You keep all rights to your prompts, test cases and results. You give us permission to store and process them only to run NinjaEval for you.

Ending

You can stop using NinjaEval and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NinjaEval isn't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using its results during the free beta.
